"Great little cabin...Not much of a view...You had to walk out into the adjacent field a bit to get a good view of the bay. The cabin is well equipped and comfortable. It is pretty small though (think "tiny home"). Probably would not recommend this for a family...But would be great for a couple. The staff was super friendly and provided some good options for firewood, dining and local attractions."

"This home, property, and location are amazing (Once Upon a Tide...). Five of us, grandpa, parents, & two kids 7 and 3 stayed here for 6 nights. It wasn't long enough! Views are idyllic, Lighthouse beach is wonderful, the state parks nearby, especially Shore Acres, are marvelous, beauty everywhere you look. Yard is delightful, glassed in sitting area in the yard, a couple other sitting areas. Views are most amazing from both 2nd and 3rd floors. Having a delightful lighthouse on an island near adds to the charm, it's quiet, private. Home is roomy, well decorated, the floor heating is sumptuous. Beds were good, the master bed is on the softer side which was just fine for us, slept great. The kids loved sleeping and playing on the third floor and we love joining them to look at birds, boats, waves, the lighthouse. Well stocked kitchen, all the utensils needed plus, great gas stove. Dining area is amazing, 220 degree views of the ocean and cliffs, floor to ceiling windows, living area the same. Appliances like washer and dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer drawers all worked great and are modern. The place was clean and the furniture comfortable. Home feels very connected to the surrounding views and nature. But this also means going to bed at dark and getting up when it's light, there are no blackout window coverings but that was fine for us!Mike was great we met him, he was very helpful with questions and information! Highly recommend staying here! No regrets!"
