「Room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not comfortable. The pool was way too warm also. The $8 breakfast was ok. But not a lot of food」

「Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.」

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「Judi breakfast lady on Saturday and Sunday stood out. Despite being busy she gladly washed my Yetti cup for me with a smile every morning of our stay. Great service. Judi never stops where do you find such great staff.」

「雖然房間係比較舊，毛巾偏黃，整體尚算整潔。床褥偏軟，環境寧靜，有泳池，池水溫度很暖，有早餐，不過味道一般。但總算應有的都有。性價比頗高。沒有投訴。 備注：停車場有個頗大的凹陷洞，需要多加留意。」

「I normally don't post reviews but decided to post one on this occasion because I felt that some of the negative reviews were deceiving. I stayed on the 2nd floor of the 4 story part of the Hotel. Nice room that was well equipped and clean. Friendly staff. The pool and exercise room were a little small but a nice bonus and welcomed addition. The ice machine on our floor was out of order, but there was one that was functioning on the first floor. The biggest surprise was the breakfast. Great...
