“Bathroom is not convenient. Water is flooding while show”

“Villa Reverie is gorgeous. Aspect looking out across Lake Como is fabulous. Staff are excellent. Customer service exceptional. Would we go again - absolutely. Highly recommend. Having emailed prior to our stay we were collected from the train station by the villa’s shuttle. 2 minute drive (if that). 6minute walk. Welcome on arrival was great. Staff speak good English. Welcome glass of Prosecco (other drinks probably available - but they got us at “Prosecco”). Bags were deposited in our room……

“Such a beautiful setting!!! The pool, the room, the view of Lake Como against the alps was breathtaking! The front staff was so helpful! The breakfast and server were lovely. The town of Colico was quaint. The train station is a short walk. The hotel room was total modern luxury vibe. Beautiful bathroom, soft robes, towels and blankets even a hat for the pool. Also a beautiful beach bag to use while there! Top notch. Super quiet, super safe setting. Easy to catch ferry to go……

“Great people and super fun time”

“The room was very clean. It was close to the train station, but it was also close to the promenade and ferry. You cannot hear any trains whatsoever. This is not a hotel, we were promised to be contacted one week before check in about its details, however, 3 days before check in nobody contacted us. for us, visiting from different country, in the season where no hotels were available, that was stressful enough. I sent a message via Expedia and was told that someone would contact us shortly. All……

“Our room - in the annex - was lovely and squeaky clean...and OMG THE VIEW! We enjoyed the pool and breakfast was delicious. If we return to Menaggio, we will stay at the Hotel Royal.”

“The location is amazing and the hotel beautifully appointed”

“Beautiful apartment. Very well stocked with extra pillows, blankets and towels. Love the spa in the bedroom. The private backyard was our favorite feature. Every morning, we sat out back, listening to the birds and enjoying the amazing view. The digital guest book is very user-friendly and answers all your questions about how to use the different features in the house, places to go and see, restaurants, etc. A couple of things to keep in mind. There’s no staff on site. Everything is done……

“Ottimo hotel in Valsassina, a soli 15 minuti dal Lago di Como, ottima posizione sia per raggiungere il lago, sia per fare cammminate in montagna, ristorante con cucina locale , piatti ottimi e abbondanti anche la pizza buonissima.
