“Das renovierte Zimmer war super sauber und recht modern. Das beste die Klimaanlage. Personal war immer recht freundlich und bemüht. Frühstück sehr sehr einfach, aber gut. Das beste war der direkte Zugang zum See. Liegen waren auch gut zu bekommen. Es geht zwar an den Liegen am See ein öffentlicher Weg vorbei, das aber kaum ein Problem ist. Was besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Hotel mega Hundefreundlich ist. Man kann den Hund zum Essen und direkt an die Liegen an den See mitnehmen. Tolles……

“Such a beautiful setting!!! The pool, the room, the view of Lake Como against the alps was breathtaking! The front staff was so helpful! The breakfast and server were lovely. The town of Colico was quaint. The train station is a short walk. The hotel room was total modern luxury vibe. Beautiful bathroom, soft robes, towels and blankets even a hat for the pool. Also a beautiful beach bag to use while there! Top notch. Super quiet, super safe setting. Easy to catch ferry to go……

“Beautiful apartment. Very well stocked with extra pillows, blankets and towels. Love the spa in the bedroom. The private backyard was our favorite feature. Every morning, we sat out back, listening to the birds and enjoying the amazing view. The digital guest book is very user-friendly and answers all your questions about how to use the different features in the house, places to go and see, restaurants, etc. A couple of things to keep in mind. There’s no staff on site. Everything is done……

“Villa Reverie is gorgeous. Aspect looking out across Lake Como is fabulous. Staff are excellent. Customer service exceptional. Would we go again - absolutely. Highly recommend. Having emailed prior to our stay we were collected from the train station by the villa’s shuttle. 2 minute drive (if that). 6minute walk. Welcome on arrival was great. Staff speak good English. Welcome glass of Prosecco (other drinks probably available - but they got us at “Prosecco”). Bags were deposited in our room……

“PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING THIS PROPERTY Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel. It was the most disappointing hotel I stayed at during my trip to Italy. 1. Outdated facilities — No fridge, no electric kettle, no elevator, weak water pressure, and extremely small shower space. Instead of key cards, guests are given a physical key. 2. Bug issues — There were many bugs around the property, and I even found dead bugs in the bathroom floor. 3. Poor accessibility and transportation —……

“Terrible service. For a 2,500 a night room. Everything should be perfect !!!! I can go on with the list but is endless. I can just say Terrible management and of course the general manager is not there on Sunday’s not even peak season sooo everything was a disaster.”
