「Villa Reverie is gorgeous. Aspect looking out across Lake Como is fabulous. Staff are excellent. Customer service exceptional. Would we go again - absolutely. Highly recommend. Having emailed prior to our stay we were collected from the train station by the villa’s shuttle. 2 minute drive (if that). 6minute walk. Welcome on arrival was great. Staff speak good English. 「PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING THIS PROPERTY Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel. It was the most disappointing hotel I stayed at during my trip to Italy. 1. Outdated facilities — No fridge, no electric kettle, no elevator, weak water pressure, and extremely small shower space. Instead of key cards, guests are given a physical key. 2. 「We arrived at 5 pm. Although check in was at 3 we still had to wait for our room to be ready. The property was beautiful. There was a piano player outdoors in the evening that was fantastic. Location was great. Beds very comfortable. Think the service could have been better at breakfast. Never received requested 2nd cup of coffee.」

「We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .」
