The house has many popular amenities such as an Elevator, free solar heated pool, large private hot tub, beach cabana service Memorial Day to Labor Day (2 umbrellas and 6 chairs) and a gas grill.
The heart of the home is the expansive gourmet kitchen, complete with top-of-the-line appliances where there are 2 dishwashers, ovens, refrigerators pantries and microwaves! The granite countertops and an island provides plenty of space for culinary enthusiasts to prepare delicious meals. Whether you're hosting a formal dinner or a casual brunch, the dining areas can comfortably seat 21, creating the perfect ambiance for shared meals and lasting memories.

Great room with large TV/blue ray player, bluetooth sound bar, gas fireplace, desk / workspace. Powder room, Reading Loft, King en-suite bedroom with TV and oversized shower, King en-suite bedroom with dual vanity and jacuzzi tub, TV and private deck.
Middle Floor: King ensuite bedroom with TV and private deck, Queen ensuite bedroom with TV and access to deck with large hot tub, Ensuite bedroom with 3 bunk beds, Mid Den w/ large TV and with full bath and Queen bedroom with TV and deck access. Laundry room.
Ground Floor: Full size refrigerator, Den with large TV, Queen murphy bed and ensuite bathroom and access to , Ensuite bedroom with queen and twin bed and TV.
