The ground level contains a rec room with a 50\' smart TV, pool table, foosball, additional TV/DVD, stereo, and a kitchenette with a full fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. It also opens to the completely fenced and gated pool and nearby hot tub. On the middle level, you will find several bedrooms and laundry options. All bedrooms have smart TVs with the exception of the DuoBunk room which has a TV/VCR combo. The top level offers a wealth of space as you take in the panoramic views from the huge window-lined great room. Here you will find a large TV with DVD and surround sound, comfortable couches, and three dining room tables that can accommodate your whole group in one sitting. The newly renovated, well-equipped kitchen has granite counters, two dishwashers, and plenty of space for several cooks to work at the same time. Two levels of decking wrapping around the east and south sides provide even more space for relaxing with loved ones. RESORT AMENITIES

THINGS TO KNOW

- For January and February bookings, please contact us to ensure the hot tub is available.
- You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
- Fireplaces are available from November 1 through April 1.
- Pool heat is not available in July or August.
- The private pool is open from May 1st through October 15th. Pool Heat is available upon request at $60 per day. You can contact guest services and add the pool heat to your reservation. Please provide at least 72 hours advance notice. Pool heat is not available in July and August.
- A daily ice delivery service is available from Memorial Day until Labor Day.
