Our friend group goes on a couple of girl's trips a year to help us stay close and we've stayed in OBX a few times since it's fairly central for our group to all come in.In general, we like the house and have even stayed in it previously, though we may not choose to again.There was some "end of the season" wear and tear. Pesky things like the pod style coffee maker didn't work, but the drip coffee maker did, so that certainly wasn't an issue.I would prefer if we were warned if maintenance was going to be showing up on the property in the middle of our stay for nonemergency work. I understand things happen on a schedule, so I won't complain about it simply happening, but the communication wasn't poor.
