You will be Livin' the life with family and friends in this beautiful oceanfront vacation home! Outdoor amenities include a refreshing private pool (can be heated certain times of the year) with lounge furnishings, soothing hot tub, and decks with unobstructed views where you can enjoy the coastal breezes. This beachfront home features an open great room with a dining area that has ocean views and an upscale kitchen with, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and 2 refrigerators, 7 bedrooms with private baths and a ground level rec room with a pool table and an Arcade Classic game with 60 popular classic games. This home has an iWave whole house purifier.

A short drive takes you to restaurants, grocery stores and excellent shopping opportunities. Make Livin' your preferred getaway to the beautiful beaches of Corolla!

No pets allowed - pet free. No smoking/vaping. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates and pool heat information, including details regarding the optional pool heat fee.

Overall the house was decent (I’d rate it a C+) and most amenities were functional, however the stovetop was broken (it got replaced during our stay) and the hot water heater broke during our stay (was replaced within 24 hours-mgmt was accessible).The shower curtains had black mold, the walls were beat up, carpet worn and stained, outdoor TV was broken, the fence was charred behind the grill, drywall cracked on the ceilings, outdoor lights either broken or inaccessible. It really just needs overall maintenance. Would have preferred a private walkway to the beach. The elevator was convenient.The arcade game was great. But overall it was time spent with family near the ocean that made the vacation worthwhile. The other things are first world problems. That said, I don’t think we’ll return to this property.

Great house

Nice large house to fit our big family. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and then some! Great location which is everything when visiting the beach. The people staying in the bunks said that they were very uncomfortable but that was really the only complaint. The pool was nice and the house was very cool getaway from the heat. Lovely home and just what we needed for a great family vacation!
