The Space:

Whispering Pines is a beautiful and spacious home located Oceanside in Corolla Light, the award-winning, and premier resort community on the Outer Banks. In addition to the incredible resort perks, Whispering Pines guests also gain FREE exclusive access to a private beach locker to store all gear! No more lugging equipment back and forth each day!



THE HOME:

You will enter into the ground level of the home which offers a kid’s bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets with smart TV, and a full bathroom. Throughout the house there is brand new premium flooring (photos coming soon!). The laundry closet is also on this level. Step outside and enjoy the lovely, landscaped yard and take a soak in the hot tub or a dip in the private pool just out back! [Ground level has 1 bedroom and 1 bath]



Head upstairs to the middle level family room, featuring a smart TV and Blu-Ray player. Challenge someone to a competitive board game or unwind in a cozy chair with a book. When it's time for rest, head to one of the bedrooms on this floor: a King master bedroom with a smart TV, ensuite bathroom with double vanities, jetted tub & separate shower, a Queen bedroom with a smart TV, or a 2 Twin bedroom with smart TV. A full bathroom rounds out the convenience and comfort of this level. [Middle level has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths]



Continuing on to the top level you will find yourself in a beautifully decorated, open great room with a smart TV, Blu-Ray player, and stereo. The space is open and flows easily to the kitchen and dining area, which features granite counters and is very well-stocked for the most discerning chefs. There is plenty of dining space for everyone with a table seating 8, plus room for 3 more at the kitchen bar and 2 more at the glass-top table. If you're interested in enjoying the beautiful OBX weather, dine outside on the top deck (or down by the pool). Rounding out this floor is a King master bedroom with a smart TV, ensuite bathroom with double vanities, jetted tub & separate shower, and deck access. [Top level has 1 bedroom and 1 bath]



THE BEACH LOCKER:

The FREE beachfront locker is a unique and extremely convenient feature designed to elevate your stay at Whispering Pines. With this amenity, you’ll enjoy all the beach has to offer without the need to lug your gear each day. Your Whispering Pines beachfront locker is located directly on the sand, adjacent to the main Corolla Light beach access stairs. It comes pre-stocked with beach chairs and is large enough to hold all of your gear, including boogie boards, umbrellas, and other such items!



THE RESORT:

The beautifully landscaped Corolla Light resort features a host of daily scheduled activities and amenities for the entire family. With your stay at Whispering Pines, you will enjoy the Oceanfront Complex, complete with the Oceanfront Grille Restaurant, a snack shack, beachfront wait service, three primary pools plus a baby pool, lighted basketball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, two playgrounds, and a putting green. For a change of pace, walk Corolla Light’s scenic 1-mile soundfront nature trail and be captivated by striking daytime views and spectacular sunsets. Immediately adjacent to Corolla Light Resort, you can climb the Currituck Lighthouse for sweeping views of the Outer Bank or visit Historic Corolla Park for its beautiful grounds, crabbing opportunities, three museums, weekly Wednesday 5k runs, and Cork-&-Craft event featuring local wine, beer, live music, and artisans. Also adjacent to the resort, there are numerous shops, restaurants, eateries, and mini golf in the Corolla Light town center. And don’t forget to book your ticket for a 4x4 tour to see Corolla’s famous resident Wild Banker Mustangs, a uniquely Corolla experience.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 25. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**Please note the pool opens on May 1st and closes on October 15th**

50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
