Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Military Discount: This home offers a 5% military and veterans discount (leaseholder only). Verification of service will be requested. Must be applied at time of booking. Please contact us at 252-453-3000 before signing lease and/or making a payment.

Repeat Renter Discount: This home offers a 5% repeat renter discount. Must be applied at the time of booking.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Beach Cabana Service: 8 chairs and 4 umbrellas will be set up Sunday-Friday at this home's private beach access. Look for your beach set up, weather permitting, from 10 am-5 pm, Sunday-Friday, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days. *This will not be offered after the 2026 season.
