Disappointed

Needs a good cleaning. Dirt and dust on floors, lamps and fan blades. Walls in kitchen need washed. Bathroom floors were dirty. The entire place needs a good cleaning. Could not use pool for 4 days due to getting shocked. Difficulty walk to beach. Decks dry and splintered. When talking to maintenance supervisor about pool situation his answer was use the beach and ocean. Fridge made horrible noise, even after checked and supposedly fixed by maintenance. Brindley in Corolla did not respond well to issues. Emma in Duck office helped and responded much better. Pool person could not clean pool because there was no vacuum for the pool bottom.

Nice house

Great house with plenty of comfortable space for a large family. Kitchen was fine - counters and table are very dated and look dirty even when they aren’t - just scratched up. Very comfortable comfie chairs on the multiple decks - great places to hang outside with a book. Pool was a good size - wound have liked a mid week cleaning. Beach access is a bit far but doable.
