Great house! We enjoyed the space in the house and really enjoyed proximity to the small lake, tennis courts and the great pool! We’ve stayed in this neighborhood before, but looked for a house with a private pool and there is no need- the community pool is perfect! It was a very short walk, large and with plenty of space in the pool and deck. We appreciated that it was dog friendly as well.

Great Family Location

We loved this location. It was walking distance to the beach, the tennis courts, the pool. We rode our bikes to the shopping centers. It was really great, everyone agreed it would be a great location to stay next year. The property manger was really easy to communicate with and was very responsive. We did have a tiny issue with fruit flies and the fridge smelling like fish but we were quickly able to remedy that. My only suggestion to the host would be to upgrade the top bunk bed mattress as it felt like sleeping on box spring. Otherwise, everything was perfect. You can tell the host made some very nice upgrades to the bathrooms. Definitely a place to book year after year!

The location is perfect. House is dated. Needs an interior makeover. The bottom floor of the house has a bedroom for possibly 4 people but no bathroom. Bottom floor had to use the bathrooms of middle and upper floor but had to go through the bedrooms to get to the bathrooms. That was a big concern. The outside shower was on the wrong side of the house. Grill had no propane so I had to exchange it. Need more than 1 towel and washcloth per person unless you wash everyday even though they were provided. Had to have an electrician to look at ceiling fan that had tripped the breaker because of arcing. Kitchen sink was leaking water from drain underneath so we put a pot under it to catch the water. Like I said, the house needs an interior makeover but location is great.
