"We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property. The owners were incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish, which made everything smooth and stress-free.What really stood out was their honesty and thoughtfulness—after our stay, they found an important item we had accidentally left behind and went out of their way to return it to us. That level of care and integrity is rare and truly appreciated.Overall, a wonderful experience with hosts who genuinely care about their guests. We’d happily stay here again!"

"Great spot to stay! So nice to have a washing machine in the unit and the easy walking distance to tennis and Pickleball courts and a great Italian restaurant. Thoughtful and comfy with the bedrooms and bedding. Although the pool was closed, the lake was close by and a great spot to get sunshine and do a little bit of hiking and waterfalls."

"We were in a basement room with a view of the staircase. Check in is nonexistant after 5. You’re given a 2 page dissertation of rules to sign and drop off,then expected to run a credit card down for incidentals by 8am. Why don’t you consider staffing the place.The carpet needs removed it’s filthy. The tv needs to be properly mounted with the wires hidden and the components on a higher shelf. They are on a sofa table that doesn’t allow the kitchen table to be placed for use. You can’t get to the stovetop or microwave because the tables in the way. Everything worked. The shower pressure was poor and the shower head was too low. It’s pretty tired for the price. Hot Springs Village has a lot to offer. Great restaurants and beautiful golf courses. I think there are better places to stay. "
