“No management on site. Phone number was on the office door- you called and you were texted the code to get into your room. Rooms were shabby but the bathroom was remodeled. Marks all over the walls where suitcases had probably been rammed into them. Lamp shades dirty and with tears in the shades. Walls very thin- could hear everything going on in the room next to me along with their dog crying when they obviously left it in the room alone. One air conditioner in the "suite" which blew……

“A Tale of Two Hotels. On one side are contractors, long-stay residents and a variety of noisemakers. On the other, where I was fortunately located, people traveling on vacation. The swimming pool is outstanding, massive, perfect temperature and very clean. I will say that Boogie's bar across the street was a really nice surprise. Super friendly, diverse mix of people playing music bingo and karaoke.”

“The grounds and the rooms are absolutely beautiful and well kept. Mark and Rhonda are amazing hosts and you can feel the passion for serving their guests. Their head cook Josh created some amazing breakfasts that any food connoisseur would relish. But it did not stop there. Their son Nathan created some of the best tasting desserts that I have ever experienced. The location is just down the road from all the happenings of Hot Springs.
