Latitude Adjustment MIBC201 is a remodeled 2/2 unit, with a large deck outside to enjoy the Gulf breeze! This is a 3 story condo with no elevator access. Nicely stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and adjacent to the dining room. Comfy new furniture in the spacious living area, which is open to the kitchen and dining area. The primary bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a full and a twin bed. There is a futon couch off the living area for an additional sleeping space. Sorry, no pets allowed. Parking for 2 maximum. No golf carts allowed. Boats and trailers are NOT allowed. sorry, no pets allowed.
Mustang Island Beach Club is located just a little over 5 miles outside of the town of Port A. The complex features a boardwalk to beach, fish cleaning station, heated community pool and hot tub. Short walk to the boardwalk or there are a few parking spaces near the boardwalk.
