Mayan Princess 218 is a beautiful 2/2 second floor condo with private entry and awesome ocean views. Located on the far right side of The Mayan Princess and has it's own outside staircase. Please note that there are two flights of stairs to this condo. Recently updated, quiet section of the building, private entrance, and great ocean views are key features of this property.

Living Area

Enjoy wonder views from the living area or balcony. The space offers a classic couch, leather queen size sleeper sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress, and a leather sitting chair. Floor to ceiling bay windows make for picturesque scenery. The living area is outfitted with a 50" flat panel television. Also provided is a Blue Ray DVD player for those that bring movies for the kids. You can also stream music via bluetooth to a Bose speaker.

Kitchen & Dining

Recently remodeled, the kitchen has upgraded cabinets, granite counter tops, all stainless appliances, and boasts a plethora of kitchen amenities. All electric appliances with smooth cooktop range, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffe grinder, toaster, blender, and a 6 qt Quick Pot. There is a washer & dryer located in a closet off the kitchen. The farm house dining table for 6 is perfect use of the eating space.

Primary En-suite

The primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed and 32" flat panel TV. The remodeled bathroom features a new vanity, large walk in shower, and a sliding privacy pocket door between the bedroom and bathroom.

Guest Bedroom/Bathroom

The guest bedroom has a full size box spring and mattress, 32" flat panel TV, DVD player, and full size closet for easy storage of suitcases and handbags. Next to the bedroom is the guest bathroom with a large vanity and two privacy doors between the hallway and tub/shower/lavatory.

Outdoor Areas

On the balcony are bar height furniture for you to enjoy while taking in the ocean breeze and watching the sun rise over the Gulf of Mexico. There are three large lagoon style pools, a hot tub, and charcoal BBQ grilles around the perimeter of the pool area. The deeper pool on the left is heated during the winter months. Past the pool area is a washing station for you to clean off sand after a spending a day at the beach. The beach is just steps away along the gated private boardwalk. Be sure to take advantage of year round beach volleyball court and horseshoe pit. During the warmer months, water volley ball is available in the Cabana pool. Please see the front desk for all sports related equipment.

The Location

Coastal recreation abounds at the beachfront Mayan Princess Resort! Walk just 3 minutes to the beach via private boardwalk access. Fishing enthusiasts in your group will find ample opportunities nearby to make the perfect catch. Drive 4 minutes South to Mustang Island State Park to explore the local flora and fauna of the South Texas Coast. Or spend the day visiting the Port Aransas Nature Preserve and Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center (10.5 miles). Sample an abundance of restaurants, shops, and convenient amenities in Corpus Christi, 9 minutes away by car.
