Relaxing in the blue

I love the sassy seagull! I love the blue couches, the jacuzzi tub, and the whole place overall. It’s always so much fun and welcoming. The beds are very comfortable including the pull out couch. Perfect

Very Accommodating to Family with Young Children!

I loved that the unit was on the ground floor, included a pack n play, and had a bathtub! This was my first family vacation, it just being my two small girls and I, and all the amenities made traveling alone less stressful! The front desk staff was very kind and helped me unload my car. They also brought me an additional pack n play and made sure to check in with me throughout our stay. The pools were right outside our back door and the walk down to the beach was minutes away! My 5 year old really enjoyed the bunk beds and I loved having the large bed all to myself! I loved the fully stocked kitchen and cooked most of our meals there. Each morning, I drank coffee out on the porch and listened to the waves as the sun rose! My girls loved the pools! Overall, the resort was full of fun and kind families! It was a great trip!

A special time for family

It was a great experience for us! The condo was very nice, would recommend a crockpot. Time gets away from you as you play in the sun and sand and soon everyone’s hungry! All other amenities were there! Bring all your own food and condiments etc… Good filtered water in frig door! Maybe provide good beach chairs/sunshade or you can rent. Thanks so much! Hope to be back again!!!!

A cut above the rest

Property is clean, bright and cheery. Owners have put a lot of time and effort into anticipating everything you could need. They have added lots of extra touches and clearly strive to provide the best. Check In / check out are convenient and organized. I would highly recommend. Owner is responsive and clearly is a hands on owner / manager.

Great for families

The kids loved the pool area and being able to just walk across the boardwalk and be on the beach was very convenient. The pool area could use some tidying up but overall we really enjoyed the property.

The Mayan Princess has great pools and real easy access to the beach. The room was good. Not super clean and not super well maintained. They try, though. The painting looks like it’s touched up regularly as the painting all looks fresh and by all the paint cans in storage areas (under sinks and closets). Drawer handles in the kitchen had sticky stuff on them. Kids will always love the bunk beds and ladder. It’s nice that there’s a king size bed. It’s pretty soft—too soft for my liking. But I’m not everyone. The fitted sheet on the king bed needs updating. It’s too small and has rips. Really, it’s a good room. At the Mayan Princess (and I’ve been coming here for almost 30 years), I feel like, at this point, you pay for a decent room, and mostly for good pools, easy beach access, and not many people to compete with for space. These days, there are nicer, newer places around Port Aransas for just a little more money.
