Cortona beauty

While my stay at the apartment was brief it was fantastic. All aspects of the property were in great condition, communication was excellent and easy with the owner. All in all an excellent stay and would love to return.

A Magical place

Heavenly Apartment in Cortona

This apartment was the perfect size and perfect location in Cortona. I felt as if I was a part of the neighborhood. Close to the piazzas, restaurants and shops. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay in Cortona. Samuele and Steffy are wonderful hosts. I would love to stay here again!

Apartment Stefy was a typical Italian flat in Cortona. Close to shopping and restaurants. Cortona is built on a hill so not a flat town to navigate but very manageable. We loved our stay in Cortona and highlight of our holiday. If back to Italy, I would definitely visit here and stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable bed, great shower.

Perfect cozy apartment for couples

The apartment is very cozy and clean. It is located in a nice, quiet area just a short distance to wonderful restaurants and shops. The apartment has everything you need and is decorated in a charming manner with wonderful ceramic pieces made by Stefania herself. The apartment has been updated with modern mechanicals while retaining the original structure. We were warmly greeted by Stefania who graciously offered to pick us up from the train station in the neighboring town. Everything about our stay at Appartamento Stefy was wonderful and we plan to return soon.

Very lovely clean a great decoration. Really comfortable bed. The appartment is in ideal location

The appatment is right in the centre of things and there was so much going on in June live music nearly every night. The owners are so very helpful and Cortona is fantastic. Even tho it was hot outside the appartment was cool and not to hot to sleep.

Perfect location, perfect accommodations, and perfect hosts. The apartment was sparkling clean.

We found our stay in "Apartment Stefy" the best possible way to enjoy Cortona and surroundings. The apartment was suited just right for our stay. Most of all the owners Samuele e Stefania are most gracious, kind, and caring. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Cortona.

Un magnifico soggiorno!

Io e mia moglie abbiamo passato 3 notti nell'appartamento di Stefania e Samuele e già non vediamo l'ora di tornare. La casa è spaziosa, pulita, ristrutturata e arredata con gusto, dotata di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno ed è situata in una buonissima posizione a due passi dal centro storico e da un parcheggio gratuito. Cortona è una cittadina bellissima e questo è il posto ideale dove soggiornare e un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la Toscana. Grazie della vostra ospitalità e della vostra gentilezza. A presto.

The perfect location to visit Tuscany hillside towns.

We stayed in Cortona four nights and made visits to Assisi, Orvietto and Siena. We enjoyed coming back to Cortona each night for dinner. Even though we did not eat in the apartment, it had everything you would need if you wanted to. We also visited Volterra, San Gimignamo and Florence after leaving Cortona and can say we were pleased that we selected Cortona for our central location. It was a wonderful way to see Tuscany.

You'll know you're in Tuscany

A perfect Tuscan experience. The apartment was charming and characteristic of the region with beamed ceilings, hand-painted tiles, climbing roses at the doorway and gorgeous views from the city wall a few steps away. It was flawlessly clean and very quiet. Stefy and Samuele thoughtfully provided everything we needed: plenty of towels, extra pillows, kitchen equipment, a clothes washer with detergent, easy instructions and even a drying rack. The shower was great, having abundant hot water and a large shower stall. Sometimes I have back trouble, but the mattress was very comfortable, had no problems at all. But best of all was Stefy and Samuele's warmth, generosity with their time and information. From our first emails to the last, they always responded quickly and gave great advice on where to eat and travel details. We also enjoyed Stefy's shop and meeting and talking with her mother, Giovanna. They all made us feel like more than tourists....they made us feel at home.

True Tuscan Experience

Want to feel at home in Tuscany? Here is where you want to stay!! Located almost exactly in the centre of Italy, this apartment in Cortona (within the walls of the old town), gives you a perfect base to visit all the wonderful Tuscan spots. Steeped in Etruscan history Cortona is wonderful, and was well chosen by the author of "Under the Tuscan sun". The apartment itself represents extremely well the style, ambience and attention to fine details, of a Tuscan experience, with its tiled floors, beamed ceilings, and Stefania's ( the gracious proprietor along with her partner Samuele) delicate touches in decor, including her hand painted ceramics( also sold in her boutique).imagine a Tuscan home, and this it it and more! If you have a car, as we did, there is public free parking just outside the walls, and a very short walk to the apartment What really makes the experience wonderful is the warmth and generosity that Stefania and Samuele offer. From helping us locate and move in to advising where to go and what to do. We were there for a month,and left feeling we were leaving family behind. Can't wait to go back, and w ould highly recommend, this beautiful apartment

Fabulous smaller apartment to enjoy the Tuscan hillside town of Cortona!!

My wife and I were looking for a place to explore the Tuscan countryside and have a place to come back to each evening for a good dinner and to relax. This is the place!!! Very safe, clean, and updated apartment inside the walls of the town, free parking just below the apt but outside the gates, kitchen sparse but good oven with enough utensils to cook with and good refrigerator, very comfy king size bed with curtains that block off the bedroom from the rest of the studio, we did not use the pullout couch but would be appropriate for another person or several smaller children, the owners Stefanie and Samuele were very responsive to our needs, took us to our apt and explained all we needed to know about our stay in this beautiful little town

Hidden gem

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights this past September, and could not have been more pleased with our choice. As it turned out, this was our favourite place we stayed during our 5 week tour through Italy. Cortona is a gorgeous small town, and this condo was in a perfect spot. Close to both the town centre and bus stop outside the walls. The hosts Stephy and Samuele were extremely helpful and friendly. They both went above and beyond what should be expected from a host. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit the Tuscany area.
