This home is just what you need for a great family weekend!
This is a three bedroom family home, has a full kitchen and a giant fully fenced backyard with gas grill. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. There is a bedroom with a queen, and a bedroom has a twin, with an additional twin sized trundle, and with plenty of toys and games for kids!

There is an additional queen sized air mattress and a large couch, for additional guests too. (Please note that VRBO does not have an option for “air mattress” in the listing option. So it is a listed as a “futon.” There is no futon-it is an air mattress.)

This is a home that is usually occupied, but the owners are gone this weekend, and are allowing guest access.
One dog is welcome to join you!

This one story home is a little girl’s dream. Plenty of toys and a backyard to roam in.
Parents will love the king sized bed, large TV, and gas grill.
Two bathrooms, one with shower and tub. One with shower only.

There is additional sleeping space in the living room on a queen sized air mattress and a large couch.

Please note that while this is a single level home, there is a single step that takes you from the front door, or kitchen area, to the living room. Guests with vision or mobility limitations should be notified of this step prior to entering the home.

The garage is off-limits.

Note that the backyard is quite large, but due to environmental concerns, during the summer, we allow it to go dormant. Meaning, it may not be green upon your arrival, depending on which season you come. But it will always be available to utilize.

Guests have access to all parts of the house, with the exception of the garage.
Keyless entry with a keypad code.

This is the owner’s personal home, so their clothing and personal belongings ARE in the house, but they’ve made plenty of room for your things.

Upon booking, we will ask you for your license plate, drivers license, and phone number, which we will give to the home’s management, should any emergencies arise. We will additionally have you sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement via Docusign, and ask for your ID and email address.
