「Casino was the worst one I have ever experienced in all the world of my many travels. The play of the slots was atrocious as all of the machines, at any denomination, would suck your money away without even more than a line hit. Believe me, save your money and co to another place. Room was great, bed incredible, staff very nice and accommodating but casino would be better to play some lottery tickets」

「You have to pay 15$ for parking overnight. Didn't really like that. If you want to avoid outsiders from parking, just post security, or tow non hotel members. Breakfast was pretty good for a Hyatt. Other than that, the property was decent. Surrounding areas not the best, but i felt safe at the property.」

「We only stayed at Hotel Haya for one night. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Hotel Haya had been remodeled very tastefully. The only issue we had was that we could hear people talking in the hallway at all times of the night. 」

She even gave us a welcome gift! As seniors, we truly appreciated her hospitality, willingness, and kindness. We look forward to returning to this hotel in the near future. Oh, and by the way, our room was meticulously clean and spacious! 」

「The staff is amazing and very friendly. The room was nice and spacious. Overall we loved our stay. We didn’t have time to go but they have a fitness room and a beautiful pool that I would’ve loved to experience. 」

「It’s very dirty, we have a dirty sheet, floor is dirty, and there are hairs on the hair dryer. The front desk gave us a clean sheet and ask us to change it ourselves because they don’t have enough people (even the employee at the front desk is very polite and friendly) would not recommend 」
