“Everything was amazing honestly. Super clean, LOVED the shower. bed was comfy, TV had netflix and youtube. I would DEFINITELY come back. The staff was sooo nice, parking was great and easy & breakfast was nice in the morning.”

“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”

“Everything at the hotel was good. There was a huge problem with check in and it was all due to Expedia. They had my reservation under “Tyler S.” They did not use my entire last name which is completely unprofessional for a third party travel agency. We had to get on the phone with Expedia which was a huge inconvenience when you are needing to check in to a hotel and have children and other things going on. I’m not sure if this is normal procedure but if they did this on a flight, we would……
