San José del Cabo Costa Azul Beach Hotels

"The staff is amazing but completely overworked- do not have enough staff poolside at the bar or on deck. I waited 20 minutes for 2 cups of water at the bar and waited in a ridiculous line for drinks. No wait staff on the pool deck. Breakfast was okay, not impressed with any of the restaurants for dinner. The poolside fish tacos and quesadillas were good. The room needs an update!! The couch was filthy the tv cabinet door would not shut. No chairs to sit on the balcony. And they really only want you to have 2 bath towels in your room at a time. We would get extra and when they cleaned the room they would take them and leave two. We had fun as a family, but wouldn’t stay here if we returned to Cabo."

"This is an amazing hotel. It’s feet away from the water and great ocean views. The room is also huge. There’s a nice size sitting area, tv area, and separate bedroom area. I visit the area often and I will only stay here."

"Swim out pool in front of room was fun. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was better than expected. Only problem was that room backed on to the highway and was noisy. Other than that, the room was very large and comfortable."
