"The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Belfast. A short walk from the Grand Central Station and right next door to the Grand Opera House. If you’re looking for somewhere close to central Belfast then this fits the bill. The reception staff were friendly, the room was comfortable albeit not as spacious as some. Like many hotels, it still surprises me that there are no USB charging points or sockets beside the bed. So ensure you bring your phone charger. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. There is a continental buffet and table service for breakfast. Paid parking is available across the road. Depending on price and availability I’d recommend the hotel."

"Bedroom was spacious but super dark and the bathroom is not practical without space to put your personal objects, and it was cold as well in the room. "

"The location was excellent if you want to walk there from the train. It was also well located for walking around the city, with good restaurants nearby. Clean room, comfortable bed."

"From the moment we entered the hotel there was a noticeable unpleasant smell in the entrance area which felt like it was being masked with air freshener rather than properly resolved. Although the room appeared clean at first glance, on closer inspection the cleaning felt fairly superficial. There was visible dust around the toilet door frame and the sink was stained. There was also a constant noise issue from two drain covers on the road outside the hotel. Every time a car drove over them they made a loud banging sound, which became particularly noticeable at night. Overall the property felt quite tired and gave off more of a hostel-like atmosphere than a hotel. While I appreciate it’s a budget option, I would still expect a better standard for the price. The staff were the one positive, all were friendly and helpful during our stay."
