“Service could have been slighter better with regards to tranfers between main hotel and forest accomadation given it being December and your expected to wear your robe to and from spa as only private members get lockers. Which isnt very appropriate when stayin away from the main spa itself. ”

“Absolutely outstanding service from reception staff thru car valet bar staff waitress room service. Super clean place, dining 5 star. Cannot fault this place at all. Location is superb for city seeing. Only one down side was a bit noisy neighbours up above our apartment - but that’s not a hotel fault just lack of manners from some. ”

“We loved our stay at the Old Inn - rooms were nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Spa facilities etc were all beautiful and had a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Restaurant was really good - lovely food, great service and attentive staff. Young waiter and waitress (I think called Leo and Sofie) both really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great quality and freshly cooked, ordered from a menu rather than buffet. Any and all staff we encountered were friendly, chatty and helpful. Love the……
