“gemütliche Wohnung gegenüber (über die Strasse) des Strandes vor Belfast. Zusätzlich kleiner Garten und alles Wichtige wie Spar, etc ganz in der Nähe zu Fuss erreichbar. Meine Hundedame und ich haben den Aufenthalt sowie die täglichen Spaziergänge am Strand sehr genossen.”

“Excellent stay in a bucolic setting”

“Lovely cottage in a great location to explore the wonderful Antrim coast. The cottage was very cosy with lovely decor and the beds were super comfy. Overall fabulous stay, check-in was very straight-forward and communication from Gail was clear. ”

“A charming seaside cottage in Millisle just a couple of miles from our Donaghadee family and perfect for my elderly mother and myself. Everything we needed was there and I hope to rebook at some point.”

“We really enjoy the long summer nights and beautiful views. The kitchen was excellent. Fully stocked and had more than we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the place was clean. It was easy to check in to. The only thing I would change would be the check out time. It was a bit of a struggle to get 6 people showered, fed and out the door for 10am. They did offer us to stay a little longer but I didn’t see the message until after we left. The hosts replied to messages quick and were……

“We stayed from Monday through to Sunday; 2 adults, 12 years old daughter and 2 dogs. We had a thoroughly lovely stay here with quiet surrounds, fresh eggs for breakfast and loads of space for the dogs to run around. We spent a little time initially ensuring the dogs couldn't get out the huge garden because of the sheep and horses that live around you (and who add to the feeling of "being away from it all" ) and they were then free to enjoy their holiday too! “This cottage is a real gem of a find. We had a lovely relaxing week in November in this impeccably renovated and decorated 200 year old cottage which has original features blended with all the modern comforts you could need including underfloor heating and a cosy stove for evenings around the fire. The cottage itself is set in the rolling County Down hills with glimpses of the Mourne Mountains in the distance on winding walks around the quiet roads. We also enjoyed star gazing on the terrace……
