Northern Ireland Ski Hotel

"Only one member of staff on the desk during check in, which meant long queues. The room was ok, tea and coffee selection poorly stocked (only decaf on day one and sugars not replenished). A previous guest had stuck false eye lashes on the bathroom door handle, these were still in place upon us checking out, which makes me really question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. No where to really hang towels to dry, so ended up having them changed each day. The hotel location is great for being in the city centre, but the beds are small, rooms can be noisy and there is no air con in the room, so either freezing cold or really warm. The bar and reception area are very well kept, but the rooms really let the hotel down. "

"My favourite hotel to stay at in Belfast. Really helpful and friendly people, very comfortable rooms and a fabulous breakfast - fried soda bread and potato bread is available, a must for a breakfast in Ulster 😉"

"Nice large room in a modern hotel in a decent location. Only downside was that we were in a room that had an interconnecting door (not in use) and the acoustics were terrible, we could hear the next rooms conversation as if it was in our room. Thankfully they/we were out most of the time, but I wish we’d asked to move rooms when we arrived (by the time we realised we’d already unpacked and got settled). Better sound proofing on the interconnecting doors is needed."

"Great hotel - staff excellent. Location is very good and in reasonable walking distance of the normal tourist attractions and city centre bars and restaurants. Will definitely return when next in Belfast"

"The Hilton is okay. They scrimp too much for the price. E.g there is no water in the room, so you must go down to the bar for drinking water and to fill your kettle. No pen or notepads in the room, annoying for a business trip. TV is not a smart TV, should be in 2026. Breakfast was good. The bar is decent and shows football "
