「No meal service or bar service on a Sunday evening, and hotel is away from any other amenities 」

「Lovely property but getting to rooms difficult and very small elevator. Asked for help with luggage and all he did was bring up trolley. We are 4 seniors. Dinner in hotel lovely but need more experienced help. She was only about 16 and couldn’t answer any questions nor figure out how to do two bills. A hotel of this quality needs better staff」

「Clean and staff was helpful. Check in/out was smooth. Location was ideal because we wanted to explore Connemara and hike Croagh Patrick nearby. Breakfast was amazing and fueled us well for our hike.」

「WiFi was very slow, bed was hard, pillows were very flat and hard, 1 elevator was broken with no “out of order” sign, no outlets by the bed - we both use cpap machines and the cords barely reached the outlet on the other side of the room, and no shampoo or conditioner. No A/C, but that seems to be common in the surrounding areas-the window did open for cooler air. Food in the bar was great but the service was a little slow. 」
