“Nice place, clean room and helpful staffs.”

“It's just a student accommodation thats been opened up for use during the summer. It's a nice area. Felt very safe and has some food and shopping nearby. Probably a 20 minute walk from the station and city centre. The accompdation was nice, modern and comfortable. Not as good as a traditional hotel and definitely not as quiet/sound proof. When people entered the building the door opening and closing was very loud. They gave me 1 towel for a 4 night and said they'd charge me €5 for a clean……

“A little bit showing it’s age and therefor shabby. Bits of wood falling off in the kitchen, sofa springs at the end of their life, fuse box buzzing annoyingly, water pressure low. But then there were things that were just poor. Poor design, thoughtless. Like TVs that are rediculously high on the wall, mirrors that are too low, shower doors so big so that its a pain to get in and out of the bath, blackout curtains that don’t actually blackout because they have been mounted poorly and let in……

“Good location to the city center and sightseeing spots. Room and bed is a bit small for 2 but quite well equipped with everything you need. A bit noisy to stay the room next to street. But very good restaurant just next to the hostel.”

“The stay was bad the bad tub was dirty and I called three times which they stated they would clean three times and which never happened. The place was in communication with me but failed to tell me the location and how to locate. When it came to the check-in, it was a 16 minute walk to just get the keys and the individual at the desk stated they emailed me, but I couldn’t find the reservations when I tried to make an account, but they were able to find my reservations on their computer with the……

“I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them. In the end, things worked out but it could be a problematic issue. The residence is just that a college residence. Don't expect a regular hotel experience. And be prepared to use public transit to get anywhere or walk a lot. It is not in a central location.”
