“Absolutely brilliant. Check in was professionally handled over WhatsApp in perfect English. The room was extremely clean and has absolutely everything you need and more. Lots of storage space, power sockets, AC worked perfectly, shower was great and there was a proper mini fridge (not a weak hotel one) with a bottle of water that was already cold on arrival. In addition, lots of nice touches like an air freshener on top of the wardrobe, great coffee machine and a hanger to dry any clothes……

“The location of this property was great as it is right next to the train station. Instructions to check-in were easy to follow. They also helped us store our luggage overnight. The bed was good and the amenities as well. I would easily stay here again.”

Because they do not staff an office, be sure to watch for the email or notification to let them know when you will be arriving so someone will meet you at the door to let you in the complex. It's an odd place to find and the door buzzer is only for residents of the buildings. Our room was OK. We only had one partial roll of toilet paper for the 3 of us though. “The room is clean & tidy. In the 1st night, there was NO blanket. I whatapps to the Famalu apartments. But, I feel surprised that she told me why do I check first & ask the cleaning lady. Do I need to check the list of having all basic stuffs before I can go out ? Of course, no blanket can be provided at that night. Fortunately, it is still warm. “I booked this mainly for the location as it was located right next to Napoli Centrale station. I just needed somewhere convenient to get in & out for 1 night. Room was clean and decent in size. Price was a little expensive, but I was OK with it given the above advantages.”
