This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guest and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs. - This additional day charge is the BASE RATE of the room without discounts that may have been applied - The sleeping occupancy limit for this property is 8 people - Broken, damaged, or missing items will also result in additional charges - No parties or events - No loud noises between 10pm-10am - No outside noises between 9pm-10am - No unregistered overnight guests - No illegal activities of any kind -. Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. - If the house is damaged or dirty, in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous, guest would leave the house in, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be assessed. - Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks. These are free and please indulge yourself to your desire. It is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish.
