「We had a wonderful stay at Coconut Palms. It was clean and restful. Walking distance to the southernmost point in the USA and Duval St. After a pleasant dinner and walk back, my husband took a dip in the pool. The studio was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the coffee was great! The studio also has a small refridgerator. We greatly enjoyed our stay!」

「Such a lovely house and property. The view of the ocean was right outside the back porch. The swimming pool was also great, shaded in the afternoon. There's even an outside shower by the pool to rinse off. I love that it's salt water, not chlorinated. The host was excellent and answered questions quickly. My only complaints are the bed in the 1st bedroom was not very comfortable and 2 outlets in the kitchen don't work. 」

「This was a perfect small room close to shopping and attractions. We walked to almost all the places we wanted to see. Check in was easy with the written instructions provided by our host Ken. We were able to find street parking right in front of the building for free which was awesome.There were backpack beach chairs available in the room which we used to watch the sunset. 」

「The house was ok. Very cute. Furniture is very low and that’s coming from someone not tall (5’3) so if you are tall, you will not like the table, chairs, or living room. The house seemed clean but the coffee maker had old grounds left in it that were growing mold. I did notify the host and they brought a replacement coffee maker the next morning. Our baby is still crawling and her feet were black by the afternoon while hanging around the house. The location is good. The playground is ok,...

「Great location! Five minute walk to the Southernmost Point and less than 15 minutes to Sloppy Joe’s. Some of the units are on the second floor so one easy flight of steps. 「It was very close to everything in Key West, I was able to walk or bike to every place I wanted to go. I was provided with courtesy shuttle to and from the airport which made it so easy to get to the property once landing. My rental was ready early so I was able to get in as soon as I got there.
