Good place to stay but watch out for the gratuity tax (it's a State of Florida thing). The property was well maintained, and we enjoyed the room. Overall, it was a good place to stay. Most of the staff were hospitable and management was amazing.

The Director of rooms, Chris, could not have been more of a help and a gentleman. Every staff member we ran into was delightful and more than willing to help with any questions or concerns. The hotel was wonderful in the pool, fantastic as well as the restaurants.

Matt's Stock Island restaurant that is on the property is one of our go-to stops for brunch. The hotel room was great and we love that the property is dog friendly with a dog park.

The hotel was great with a great view and vibes, aside from the fact that our whole party came back with bed bug bites on our body parts (back, legs, arms, wrists, chest). We stayed for 3 nights and all 3 of us have bed bug bites as we have left and came back to our original homes.

lovely welcome on arrival by a chap named Chris on the desk. helped us with everything very friendly and informative! lovely hotel perfect for what we needed a weeks peace after orlando and the shuttle allowed us to dip in and out of all the fun. pool area lovely and our room too , overlooked the pool very clean and comfortable housekeeping great . matt’s kitchen offered a great breakfast again with lovely staff one guy in particular lovely with all his recs . telling us all about henry & henrietta roosters . we even extended our stay by a few days thanks for the great stay

This is a great place just minutes away from Key West proper. The rooms are nice (at least, ours was), the staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the property is well-maintained. Parking is in a gravel lot adjacent to the buildings and very close to the lobby, elevators, and restaurants. We did not use any of their resort amenities, so I will not opine on their quality. I will note that you need to add the daily resort fee to your room charge and tax to estimate the daily rate for staying there.

This was our second time staying at The Perry and this time we brought friends. The location on the marina is really nice and there are restaurants nearby, like Roostica! We did notice from our 1st stay that the rooms are needing a little TLC regarding maintenance and repairs. Nothing serious, just an observation. BONUS they have an hourly shuttle to/from Key West! We will stay here again!

Very nice hotel in a secluded Marina. We got a room Marina view which was beautiful,. Rooms are clean and housekeeping done daily. Parking is on the pricier side $29/day. Special shout out to Zak at the Salty Oyster, excellent and friendly service
