“There is construction going on the 3rd floor and I was given a room right next to it. I booked to have a peaceful night stay before my flight in the morning and I was not able to get any rest. The room itself is clean. There was also some guy sleeping in the construction area/hallway which scared me as I was the only one on this floor and I heard movement in the night and saw him. The security talked to him but I’m not sure if he just lives there in the hallway? Didn’t feel safe as a solo woman.……

“This was the best trip I've ever been on! The Villas were just as described, so clean, and the room was cleaned every morning while we were at breakfast. The grounds were so beautiful and maintained wonderfully. The location was perfect if you are looking for a slower, relaxing environment, and access to the reef was incredible. The staff could not have done their jobs better, Sasha, Noel, Rose, everyone... The perfect curated group to make every aspect of our trip seamless. Food and drinks?……

“experience so many problems at this place one that the light fixtures weren’t working second there was mold on the ceiling. We removed several times. Staff and waiters were not friendly. They would say good morning to some guest and not to others I believe because we had several issues. They were less likely to speak with us. We’re not friendly. My husband had an accident on the property and I felt like it was brushed over and not taking care of. There’s no landline. They rely on Wi-Fi which……

“We stayed on a beachfront room, but unfortunately, it was situated right in front of the bar. So early in the morning, you could hear the staff talking loudly and laughing. I think that in this type of properties, the staff should more quiet, and let the guests have a more quiet vacation. The same happened while having breakfast, the staff communicates with each other by talking loud at a distance, which should not be the case. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice, very clean, very well……

If you want to do more, you should rent a vehicle to get around, Also, pack your bug spray since you will encounter mosquitoes and sand fleas at the beach club next door. Bar staff was helpful with sightseeing ideas.”

“Came here for a wedding. The hotel itself is nice, but it's definitely not worth the price, especially considering how little is included with your stay. The food at Sea Cat Restaurant was decent, and the breakfast was okay, but there were several extra charges that really took away from the experience. The hotel shuttle costs $55 per person, each way, plus a 15% tax. For a family, that adds up incredibly fast. Paying $126.50 round trip for one person is excessive, especially when the hotel……

“I really wanted to love this property because the location is beautiful, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. We stayed here from June 16–23 with a group of seven. During our stay, our section of the property experienced repeated power outages while other areas of the hotel still had electricity. We also went two nights without hot water. We found insects in our room during our stay. I understand that this is a tropical destination and seeing an occasional bug is expected, but……
