“The apartment was in bad shape. The only hot water was the bathroom sink. There was bugs in the apartment. The furniture was falling apart. The apartment lucked like it was under Construction. I would not advise booking a stay here. ”

“This place doesnt give you an opportunity to cancel even if its within 5minutes of accidentally booking it. Also ONCE your forced to go to the area its so intimidating and terrifying, wouldnt suggest it unless you want to be walking on egg shells with all the gang members out front of the resorts holding what seems like a knife trying to extort you. Book elsewhere and save your money.”

“Very quiet, out of the way place to relax by the beach or pool. Plenty of places to sit. It’s about a hour away from West End, the main tourist area. Food was ok. We were there for a week and so it got little monotonous but overall it was a good place to stay. ”

“This was the perfect house to use a landing spot for a dive vacation and getting out to enjoy the culture the Roatan has to offer. Henry was amazing and super helpful. I would absolutely recommend this property for solo or group travelers.”

“We were only there for 2 nights but had a great stay in a Sea View Suite which is a standalone bungalow barely second row back and 3 seconds from the beach. The room was very clean and comfortable, bedding was top notch. We even spotted a monkey lala lizard outside, he looked like a little dinosaur. Highly recommend this property, and the restaurant is fantastic.”

“Overall, the resort is beautiful. I’m not sure if it’s just the culture or if the staff needs additional training in responding to guest requests in a timely fashion. Service at breakfast was exceptionally slow. The wait staff didn’t always understand English. The menu listed that eggs could be made to order however, it didn’t matter how we ordered them they always came scrambled. The espresso machine was broken our entire stay. The cleanliness our unit was just OK. Housekeeping only came once……

“Gorgeous property, and the jets in our balcony plunge pool felt glorious on my tired feet. Convenient free parking with valet service made it easy to explore the island. The shower took a long while to run hot, at least a minute after running the sinks too. (That’s what the maintenance guys did to fix the problem when I told the front desk.) “The staff were fantastic. They really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The resort itself is average. The food was okay. The breakfast buffet food in the hot plates was not very hot, but the woman making the omelettes made a very good breakfast. The people working at the front reception desk did not know much of anything about the resort. They could never answer any of our questions and they did not know anything about the events happening at the resort. I think the……
