“Needs new furniture. All the furniture dinning and living room furniture old and stain. Needs Shower doors in all bathrooms. Water was going all over the floor. Needs new Kitchen cabinets. Rail in the stairs. My 88 yr old mother needed help to go up and down the stairs. Needs new toilet seats covers. According, to a lady is not a hotel and they only gave us 6 towels for 7 day stay. We had to go to a laundry mat to wash our towels. Security guards were amazing and very helpful. Security guard……

“The condo was not like the pictures. Toilet seats in the corner of the bathrooms and not on toilet. Dirty ugly cement wall for a view. Half roll of toilet paper to share for 3 bathrooms. No fitted sheets on the beds. Expected to sleep on bare mattress with a sheet and quilt. The rooftop was full of dirt and unclean gross hottub. We asked aboit it and the manager said we werent aloud on the rooftop that was accessable through our rented condo. But they did not lock it up. They have a threatening……
