Rail in the stairs. My 88 yr old mother needed help to go up and down the stairs. Needs new toilet seats covers. According, to a lady is not a hotel and they only gave us 6 towels for 7 day stay. We had to go to a laundry mat to wash our towels. Security guards were amazing and very helpful. Security guard……
