"Room was clean, except we had to request for the air conditioner to be adjusted because we had no heat. They did exchanged the air conditioner unit but still didn't work. We chose not to move from that room because to much to move. It was only one more night. Overall it was good."

"It seems this hotel is more for the “unhoused” population. There was a man who was sitting in the front lobby in his bathrobe reading the paper and every time we saw him he was in his bathrobe walking around inside and out! Also there was no coffee maker in the room and the coffee in lobby was just about room temperature. Their continental breakfast consisted of a basket of granola bars . The room was less than clean and the hall was noisy all night. I’m not sure where the positive reviews came from but this is not for families or anyone who wants ANY amenities. I moved to the nearby Hampton Inn for less money and it’s wonderful! Everything you expect to make your stay comfortable. "

"Room is very clean. Bed is comfortable. We are fam of 4, two adults and two teens, really enjoys the hotel for two nights visit to Providence. 7 minutes to shopping center. We love the breakfast. We will come back here again . "

"Looks like this hotel is fairly new to the downtown area in Providence It was very clean the staff are very nice beautiful decor there's a taco restaurant on the side of the hotel and they have a beautiful rooftop lounge where you order a small bites. The only drawback is that they don't offer hot breakfast only sandwiches and then you have to order them through an online kiosk and then give it to the front desk and they bring it down for you. So a lot of inconvenience steps to get breakfast but there are lots of diners that are with a walking distance. "

"I love this place. I travel a lot and this is my go to when I’m in Seekonk. Housekeeping does a great job presenting the rooms and the origami and bed set up is so cute. Always very clean and super comfortable. The main lady at the front desk ( I wish I got her name) is cool and I like her sense of humor. Shes always really nice every time I come stay. Just a great place all around. The owner and staff deserves all the credit they can get. Thank you again for the pride you take in your business. It shows "

"Had a quick one night stay. I wasnt feeling well so I basically checked in and crawled into bed. Bed was comfy; plenty of tv channels to choose from. Bathroom was clean. Room was clean. I didnt think the fridge was working at 100%, but it kept my food cold overnight. The breakfast was typical, however for me everything was a bit undercooked. The hashbrowns were not brown at all. I heard another guest ask if the sausages were cooked, so I'm guessing they werent brown either. (Note that everything WAS SAFELY cooked, I just prefer it to be cooked MORE.) Easy to get to. I saw several people enjoying the pool. I would stay here again."

"Exactly as described…. the host was extremely responsive. We were met with chocolate and biscotti which was a great touch! Very close to acquaint town everybody was super nice and the place was nicely decorated. Plenty of towels and soaps, showerhead good water pressure, which is really important for me. Lol great place to go walking and get some exercise. If you’re into that then you must go to Basta for a great Italian meal."
