「The rooms were wonderful very spacious with a great use of the space. The Hideaway Murphy bed was a great addition and the full kitchen was as well. The location of the hotel is great with access to multiple subway lines and very close to the river and South St., Seaport. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive and helpful. Could not have asked for more, this place is highly recommended by me. 」

「I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!」

「We LOVED Kasa Lantern. Easy self check in. Very clean and cozy. Felt extremely safe with security inside the lobby. All staff we interacted with were very kind. Area has great food around and is a close walk to the subway. Will definitely stay here again. 」
