"We unfortunately stayed during a winter school vacation, so the hotel was packed with families with children. We were unable to take advantage of amenities such as the pool due to extreme crowdedness. Also the hotel restaurant was unable to get us a table on two occasions. I think the hotel was trying its best, but we were disappointed we chose this hotel. Additionally our bed was so uncomfortable that we had to purchase a cushioned mattress pad in order to sleep without pain."

"I had a very comfortable and cozy stay at this old school inn. The bed was very comfortable, and the location right in town can't be beat. I've been before and will return again! "

"Have stayed twice and the rooms are clean and beds are comfy with a memory foam topper. My stay this time was a bit tarnished, though. Friends booked a separate room for one night directly with the motel, but the booking system had a glitch/error. The motel system booked them for different dates, even though my friend's confirmation email from them was correct. Without going into too many details, it would have been nice if the managers were given some leeway to make decisions to provide great customer service and take some responsibility or apologize about the situation when guests were left scrambling to find other accomodations for the night. If you book directly with the motel, definitely call them to confirm your booking is accurate!"

"Got a great deal to just pop in for the night before hitting Cranmore. Great to have a Roku in the tv. Beds were comfy. Nice location. Everything was fine. Great staff, who stayed a little late to make sure we got in since we arrived late. "

" Great hotel with excellent amenities. The staff was really friendly, and the complimentary hot breakfast in the morning was a huge benefit. The outdoor jacuzzi was the main attraction and the staff supplied complimentary s’mores kits for the fire pit"

"We had a wonderful stay at this property in North Conway this weekend. The location was perfect. There’s nothing better than being slope side for a ski weekend! The unit was brand new, which made the stay even better. Everything was clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained. It was comfortable and exactly as described, with everything we needed and more. The host was excellent — responsive, helpful, and great to work with.Our only complaints were the noise from the lodge downstairs and the lack of a coffee table in the family room. We were woken up every morning before 7:00 am, which made it a little tough to sleep in. A coffee table in the family room would also make the space feel a bit more complete. Other than that, everything was great and we truly enjoyed our stay."
