「Easy check in, clean and spacious room, pub on site as well and a Gregg’s/petrol station 1 minute walk away.」

「Hotel charge £5 for parking although we arrive very late 10:00pm and leave at early morning. There are no any other parking nearby. 」

「We were very upset to find that the restaurant was not open and did not get told of this when booking and before arrival. It was very upsetting after a 10 hr flight to have to walk to another hotel to get a meal.」

「Very elegant design ,, every piece of furniture is an art work project of the owner , the room is spotless clean and the services made you feel at home . 」

「The nicest stay during my time in London! The host is soo friendly and helpful! 🙏 I really appreciate their kindness. It was a cute themed room and cozy. Would definitely come back :)」

「Family room was super duper basic. Really reminds me of a Holiday Inn Express. No robes, no slippers in the room either. There were very limited amenities in the wellness changeroom. Staff in the restaurant were not friendly nor welcoming.」

「Stayed for 1 night before travelling from Gatwick Airport. We arrived quite late and left early so didn’t eat. The room was spacious, and relatively comfortable. I’d use again if travelling from Gatwick due to convenience of location.」

「Staff very helpful」
