“My room was never cleaned properly before I arrived had fingernails on the desk… ”

“The checkout and check in process was extremely slow… the shower wouldn’t completely turn off and it wouldn’t drain. We had to stand in shin deep water while taking a shower. Definitely not what I expected for the price we paid.”

“Crybaby room was supposed to have a better review but we were looking at the parking and the back of another building which made us to have the blinds closed all time. Coffee machine was not in the room.”

“I've always stayed at the embassy suites and I've never had a problem. But this one here I will never stay here again. We checked in the TV in our room did not work. We called downstairs. They told us technicians wouldn't get there till 5:00. I went ahead and requested a different room. They gave me a different room, cool. But why would they give me a room with two beds when I needed a room with one bathroom my husband and I.smh I left it alone. I went to the bathroom to take a shower and they……

“Staff was nice, and hotel was clean. The plumbing was the only iffy thing about the stay. The toilet wouldn't flush all the way, and the water took a while to drain out of the sink. The shower head had a white build up on it too. I didn't wake up in time for breakfast, so I didn't get a chance to try it. I would stay again with these things in mind.”
