“Everything was great except only 1 elevator that was extremely slow and jerked and made frightening sounds.”

“Nice clean room with good breakfast. Staff on checkin and evening shift very nice. Only issue was AC in room did not really cool efficiently. Did call the front desk and they sent someone up but he was unable to be helpful.”

The room needs a great amount of work. The bed was comfortable. The tile on the bathroom floor had stains that were permanent. The tub surround was cracked and the fixtures in need of replacing. It rained very hard last night and this morning there was water and debris on the windowsill.”

However, when I checked in I was told by Jonathan that my parking fee would be waived due to a mixed up and the fact that I signed up as a rewards member. However, I was charged for parking!”

“Didn’t like we had to stay in an outdated building and had to walk to the main building for everything. Didn’t like that our keys didn’t work and we had to walk back to main building. Food at all the restaurants was good.. room was clean.”
