Wonderful spring break location for the whole family!

This San Mortiz property was ideal for our family, including our lovable 5 year old dog. The ability to gear up, walk about 30-50ft to a short hill down to the West Wall Lift was perfect.

Perfectly quaint ski-in, ski-out condo

The condo is ideally situated on the West Wall lift, and we've now stayed in this condo (further up the mountain) and another one in the same complex lower down. They're perfectly situated, small (but not too much so), and ideally located for getting out and exploring Crested Butte (skiing, snowmobiling, heading to base area, etc.). The shuttle service is quick and professional.

It wasn't fancy, it was just clean, well maintained and thoughtfully decorated. Every appliance was new and worked. The beds were comfortable. The place was was as advertised. The location was great. Wood burning fireplace was nice. The only negative is the noise from the unit above. Kids in the unit above we’re running around like animals and it was loud.

Just what we needed!

We were looking for a mountain location between GJ & DEN for 4 adults and 2 dogs! This fit the bill nicely! Freshly renovated throughout, the unit was super clean, well-equipped and easy for a weekend stay. Not a lot of natural light on the lower level, but easy in/out for the pups. Also appreciated plenty of humidifiers and fans depending on the season.
