"The view from the dining area was perfect. The included breakfast was amazing and the complimentary ebike rentals were perfect to get around outside of the hotel to catch more amazing views! The food at dinner was perfect. The only thing that was lacking was the bathroom showers. Ours was leaking. Other than that it was a perfect stay."

"Our recent trip to this villa was magical. It is genuinely remote and private, up in the hills with great views over the valley, and the sunsets were fantastic every night. The pool was perfect. We went during a hot stretch and being able to cool off with that view was exactly what we needed. Our kids basically lived in it.You are also close to some great little towns. Montisi stood out, an old medieval place that is really charming and worth wandering around. The food in the area is excellent, and the villa’s own olive oil is some of the best we had.The other thing worth mentioning is Luigi. I asked him a ton of questions in the weeks before the trip and he was always quick to respond and gave us great recommendations that shaped our plans. He also set us up with a Tuscan cooking class and arranged a private chef to cook for us at the villa one night, which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip.Highly recommended! Thanks Luigi, we would come back in a heartbeat."

"Stunning peaceful location. We found it to be exactly as described on the website. Ideally placed to get around in this part of Tuscany. Tastefully renovated by the owners with its own interesting history. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and loved chilling with a book and taking in the views. Catherine and Adi were very responsive."

"We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the complex itself was impressive and a stunning place to stay. The location was also a convenient base for seeing Tuscany, and we had a great meal nearby in Rapolano Terme. Overall, it has the potential to be one of the coolest places you'll ever stay, though we did encounter a few technical issues regarding the shower and WiFi (which the hosts were quickly responsive about). I'd still recommend it, but it's helpful if you go in expecting an old rural building!"

"Staffs/ receptionist are all great. They speak English w/c is rare in this part of town. They are very helpful especially Antonetta & Miguellena. Buffet breakfast, they have laundry area, bar and restaurant. Rooms are decent and clean. There is an old church at the back, but it was closed when we went there. "
