“Montisi is a quaint village that is anywhere from 10 minutes to one hour drive to fabulous hill towns and wine tasting. The house is simple but charming. We spent most of our time while at the house by the pool, dining on the terrace and enjoying the beautiful views and sunsets. The kitchen is well appointed and with 4 women, we each enjoyed having our own bathroom. Luigi is a gracious host and provides excellent recommendations. I have every intention of returning! Das Häuschen ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gemütlich, der Pool fantastisch und Asciano ist ideal gelegen, um die Toskana zu erkunden (Florenz, Siena, Arezzo, Pienza, Val d‘Orcia). “We had an excellent stay at Villa Ampella Torre. It was immaculately clean with a brand new kitchen with all the utensils and basics you need including a very appreciated welcome basket. The beds were very comfortable and very much a home from home. The crown jewel is the patio and the amazing sunsets and views. It is very quiet and has a lovely shared pool but mostly we were the only ones using it. Villa Ampella Torre is very centrally based for all the beautiful Tuscan towns.”

“This was our second stay at Podere Cunina and was simply wonderful - again! The property is STUNNING with magical views of both sunset and sunrise each day. As a flower lover, I absolutely love all the diversity of the landscaping - everything was in bloom and beautiful! The hosts are so lovely - with warm greetings and advice. It’s a great middle point to visit all of Tuscany. Really gives you the feel of living the Italian villa lifestyle. We hope to be back soon!”

“We loved our stay at this property. The pictures do not do this property justice - it is even more beautiful in person!! The property is beautiful and the accommodations are amazing. Callie was so responsive in answering all of our questions and it’s clear that she has put a lot of effort into making each guest feel special and welcomed on her property. She arraigned for a private chef to come in and prepare a Thanksgiving dinner for us which was a highlight of our trip. We will definitely go……

“This house is very nice. It is centrally located outside Siena and good location to explore all over Tuscany. It is off the beaten path so you’ll definitely need a rental car. Even just to get there. It is remote. Which is a plus but also has some drawbacks. We went in March so pool was closed. Too cold to swim. House is several levels. Kitchen and dining room are downstairs. We cooked several simple meals after going into town to grab groceries. Nearby town is nice. Not a lot of restaurant……
