"Great house with floating dock on a canal that accommodated a 26’ cat boat. Easy access in and out of the river. Traveled to springs and gulf by boat. Boat ramp was close by and convenient. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Clean and stocked."

"The River Palm was a fantastic place to stay in Crystal River. The house was exactly as described, with plenty of extra space. The sunroom, with a very cold split-unit AC, provided a large area for everyone to hang out. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities, and the coffee station was an unexpected bonus. The floating dock was large enough to fit our 24 ft boat, and there was plenty of room in the canal to maneuver. The large driveway fit our trailer and 3 vehicles. Check-in and Check-out instructions were straightforward, and the host was quick to respond to messages. It was priced reasonably for the summer scallop season. We will definitely consider this house for future stays."

"Great house with a well-stocked kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. We loved being able to keep our boat at the dock. Convenient location for the scallop grounds. Everything in the house was in great working order, and we felt very at home. The host was responsive and a great communicator. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend. It was great for our family!"

"Wonderfully presented property in a lovely riverside location. The pool was an amazing feature but sitting on the dockside watching turtles, fish and dolphins swim past was our standout memory. Very comfortable living and sleeping accommodation too. A great base for exploring Crystal River and 1h45 on the toll roads for Orlando excursions was easy to digest. Thank you Sally and Ed for sharing your beautiful home."
