Family reunion

Came down for a family reunion. House is spacious and clean. Near Publix and restaurants. Our property manager was welcoming and available if we needed her. Would stay here again !

Excellent Home!

We could not have asked for a better property. Everything was wonderful and exceeded expectations. The house was so well stocked with essential items (coffee, creamers, garbage bags, spices, laundry detergent, towels, dish soap, etc.) Also, the communication with was wonderful, they were very responsive when asking questions and so accommodating. We would absolutely stay again, and hope to return when we come back to the area. Thank you for a excellent stay!

Great home to spend a family vacation

My family had a great time! Great set up for having friends over for dinner that live in the area. Heated pool, ping pong table, were primary attractions for our kids, and there is a grill (though we did not use it). Owner was very responsive, and pleasant!

Awesome!

The house was beautiful. We enjoyed staying there. The only two things that would have made my family love it more is if there had been a grill and ceiling fans. Other than that it was awesome!!

Home away from home.

This is a beautiful and comfortable home. The pool area is fantastic. So glad we heated the pool, it was so nice for evening swims. The bathrooms were newly renovated and are gorgeous. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. Home is well equipped with just about everything you could possibly need.

Beautiful pool, nice walking neighborhood, comfortable clean relaxing stay

My wife, disabled son, daughter and friends had a wonderful relaxing stay. The pool was warm and refreshing, the home was clean, the neighborhood was very quiet and perfect for 2 and 3 mile walks (more if wanted). We enjoyed a very nice local restaurant (Katch 22) and also grilled several nights on the new charcoal grill. The area has a grocery and liquor store nearby and even a WalMart if needed.

Awesome neighborhood

We stayed here for 2 months and felt very much at home this is an awesome neighborhood with great neighbors and community. One of the cleanest houses we have stayed in I don't think we saw one insect of any kind anywhere. If you're looking for peace and quiet relaxation in a neighborhood with lots of shade this is the place.

Private Hidden Oasis

Spacious home on gorgeous lot with private pool and lanai area. Very quiet area but close to shopping and restaurants. Everything you could want is included in your stay at Terra Vista. Thelma is most gracious and accommodating. Close by Crystal River, Inverness and unending natural beauty! Hope to return soon.

Rented this home and it was just perfect. Great location. Fully stocked. We just thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We visited the Springs and did River Safari cruise pontoon boat rides. Ate at local places. We enjoyed the pool and everything was available to cook ... fully stocked kitchen! Cant say enough about how wonderful this home is. Will rent again from them
