「I loved that this location was outside of town and the view from the top of the hill was beautiful and very quiet. Apartment had a very comfy bed, two baths and was perfect for us. Well well-accommodated with bedding, kitchen needs like coffee machine and the chairs and cooler were super helpful. 」

「It is a very nice and and relaxing place, and a quiet place. However the entry roads are in poor conditions. The pool is excellent!!! However it lacks comunal services.」

「Great stay. The bed was comfy, place was clean, we would stay again.」

「This house is an easy drive to all the beaches and restaurants but also away from town so that you have privacy. There is plenty of room and lots of beds. The washer/dryer are under the house and bring your own soap! I pack laundry strips. The views are great from this house. A jeep/car is needed to get up the steep driveway.」

「My son and I stayed for one week in July. The location was perfect. Beautiful views around the house and very quite. Lots of deer sightings. Spanish limes growing on a tree on the property. The neighbor was wonderful! Tom was very responsive to every need. Quick drive to every beach and I think we visited 5 total. Highly recommend!」

「Great location…just across the street from the beach where we went kayaking and snorkeling, next to sea food restaurant which was pretty good, did the Cabezas de San Juan tour which was interesting and at walking distance…a whole lot of restaurants and places to go nearby..thats what we loved most. The studio was clean, and spacious enough for us two..very practical. Good kitchen and appliances. Great for early breakfast before hitting the beach/road. Very peaceful.」

「We had a very nice stay here. It is a small 1 bedroom apartment. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. It was decorated in blues and grays with a nautical theme. There were dishes and cups, along with a full size fridge, coffeemaker (there was coffee grounds, but no sugar or cream) and microwave. One surprise was that the futon was in the bedroom, which was the only room with AC. The AC was good enough to cool the if the apartment if toy were careful to keep the doors and...

「This was the perfect location for our week in Puerto Rico! Located just across the street from Seven Seas Beach, this clean and beautiful condo was easy walking distance to the ocean and several restaurants, plus it was an easy drive to Old San Juan, Luquillo and El Yunque National Forest. Plus, most evenings we could watch the sunset from the rooftop patio. Wonderful! 」

Follow the Google directions that they sent to get to the place and not to use Waze. 」

「Family of four adults stayed four nights as a home base for exploring much of Puerto Rico. Easy to drive to wherever we needed to go. Property functioned as advertised, and we used all three bedrooms without an issue. Really liked the roof deck. In-unit laundry was very helpful. Gated community was large but quiet when we were there in May. Communication with host was easy and she was responsive when we had questions. Would stay there again.」

「Perfect spot for a nice stay! The restaurant below was quiet with friendly staff. The PR restaurant behind the apartment was quiet with amazing PR food made to order they were friendly as well. The apartment it self was awesome perfect size for myself and my guest with a roof top patio for a nice breezy evening meal or bright sunny side breakfast. "A few things to think of before booking this hotel: 1. unstable wifi service, upon arrival wifi in the hotel is not working until late night 2. no hot water. it’s a lie that you can get hot water for shower after waiting for 45s. It’s not only our room, our friends didn’t have hot water for showers as well. 3. no hair dryer. 4. very limited table space for putting your stuff onto. This hotel is not recommended at all. "
