Room was large and very nice. Bathroom floor and shower floor were a little slippery but Bathroom and walkin shower was very spacious. Room was at front of hotel and occasional street noise but nothing ridiculous. Lots of small shops and train station nearby.

This is a great location if you arrive by train. There is also parking nearby. Easy to use the code sent to gain remote access. My room was pleasant, well appointed and comfortable. Shops and places to eat are very close.

The fireplace in the room did not work. A call to maintentance resulted in a promise to fix it but nothinng changed. The floor squeeked very loudly waking both my wife and I every time we got up in the night.

Contact less check in was very easy. Received detailed text with all necessary information and suggestions of things to do in the area prior to arrival. Room was clean and linens and sheets were nice quality.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well thought out each part of our stay was by the hotel owner. Water in the fridge, bathrobes, friendly staff, ice machine in lobby, fireplace that worked, etc.

Wonderful Stay in the Sole Suite

My Daughter and I really enjoy our stay in the Sole Suite. Everything was handled professionally beginning with the text and email notification which answered all our questions in advance of our arrival. The location and amenities were everything we could have wanted and then some. Thank-you for putting so much care into designing and stocking your suites!

We stayed here with other family members. We had 4 of the 6 rooms. Each one of them was unique and very well decorated. One thing to note is when booking the second floor there are 22 stairs straight up!

LOVE is just outside!

Super easy check in. Large, comfy room. I did notice that the one window needs to be sealed at the bottom. There is a small gap in the frame which would affect heat loss/AC loss but that’s more for energy awareness. The shower worked great and was nice and hot. People coming in at night were noisy, but that’s nothing unusual. Some reminder signs referencing quiet protocol for guests might help. The AC system acted like a rain machine and it helped to mask the noise. Convenient places to eat. There is a local bakery a block away that has fresh baked donuts at a very reasonable price. And so delicious. Ice cream store just a few buildings away plus 2 breweries and several restaurants. All within walking distance. Definitely a real gem in Culpeper.
