“This was our first time in a bed and breakfast. The staff was delightful. Property was clean. Location is perfect for shopping and walking in the historic district. I’m giving it 5 stars for what it is-but it’s not a five star hotel. It’s an old house! The food was better than what I would cook but if you love breakfast I hear there are some gourmet breakfast places in Savannah. I would stay here again and recommend to a friend for an affordable bed and breakfast. ”

“The corner room is noisy at night- there were many people gathering near the hotels till 1 or 2 am and you could hear them. There was an Irish bar across from the hotels which you would hear the music playing at night. There was coffee stain in the carpet of the room I stayed. The hotel has good hospitality and the bed was comfortable. ”

“We loved the views from having a high floor corner room. Our room was exceptionally clean as well as the entire property. Bar Julian was so wonderful for drinks, food & excellent service! Having the car service available to drive us into town was a great perk! Highly recommend this hotel! ”

“The property has recently been renovated with new and updated bathrooms. The bed and matress were very comfortable. There are two charming balconies and a patio area.The manager, Mark was very helpful, kind, and hospitable. The next time we visit Savannah, we plan and look forward to staying at the Present Hotel. ”
