“Beautiful lake views, property was very clean upon arrival, one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed at. I had two minor inquiries about the property in which management responded promptly and was very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again”

“Cozy little room with everything you could possibly need. Location was great. The heating system was a little off and my fiancé and I both ran out hot water mid shower. Other than that stay was great.”

“We had a great stay at Will O Wisp. The staff was very attentive and helpful when we had questions. Our only little complaints would be that the sauna wasn’t working, after we asked several times when it would be fixed and it never was. Also, the pool hours are too short. At least we thought they were. However, we had a great trip. Definitely would come back to stay again”

“*The property was much smaller in person than it appeared online. *There was a spider infestation in the basement, which minimized our usage of that bathroom. *The doors that lead to the balcony, in the living room area did not lock which was a security issue for us. *The windows, cabinets and headboards on the beds were not clean. *The entrance in and out of our rental property was not easy to access. We were locked out of our facility on (10/22/2022) for almost two hours. The multiple codes……

“Everything was great”

“Property was nice. Hot tub was amazing. Didn't find the keys at first for the hot tub. Called the property management company and they never followed up but we ended up finding them on the fridge. When we arrived the emails and texts didn't list the door access so we had to call about that. Otherwise very nice and more affordable on fees than other places I looked at. There were dishes left in the dishwasher that weren't precleaned properly but we only stayed for 2 nights so I just hand washed……

“While the pictures online look great, they don’t do justice to how beautiful the property really is. The cabin was immaculate and the little touches from the chocolate kisses, to the his and her place settings at the counter, to the quiet romantic music playing on the tv was fantastic. With Cumberland only being 15 mins away there are plenty of activity and dinning options to suit all tastes. My wife and I already looking to plan a return visit later this year. “We booked this property with the event of the polar express planned on Saturday. We checked in Friday night and the house was wonderful. I really enjoyed the journal that was left to write notes about guests stay. I thought there would be a lot more to do in town but we couldn’t find much of anything of interest at the time, so we ended up leaving early Saturday evening.”
