“Clean, quiet, very helpful staff”

“Good room size but smells. Front desk was helpful and switched us to different room. 2nd room smells little better but has strong male cologne smell. Ok breakfast. Hard to find Uber or Lyft from the hotel. Didn’t use pool or gym so no comments on these. ”

“Everything was great except the girl in the front with short black hair! She was so unprofessional and just down right rude!! She SHOULD’NT be greeting anyone! PERIOD ”

“Room was clean, spacious and very modern. Hot water wasn’t always the greatest - first day it was lukewarm, second day was amazingly hot and this morning it was slightly above cold. Young lady at the front desk ( very sweet red-head, can’t remember her name) was incredibly kind and nice upon checkout. We stayed three nights after we lost power to our house in west nashville following the storms. ”
